The mission of the Commission on Education is to design and implement an educational system which makes quality-controlled education in epilepsy globally available to all professionals dealing with epilepsy.
The work of the Commission on Education 2005 - 2009 resulted in December 2007 in the document of the Global Education Agenda [PDF,133KB]. It formulates the educational agenda until 2012 and addresses priorities and steps. On request of the ILAE President, in early 2009 Priorities [PDF; 171KB] for the future work were defined by the Commission and its Final report [PDF,50KB] was submitted to the ILAE Executive Committee in May 2009.
The VIREPA Sub-Commission of the Commission on Education published its Final Report with recommendations [PDF; 145KB] in July 2009.
