Evaluation forms for Accredited Courses

for Eurepa members/trainers organizing educational courses


According to the Eurepa rules for the accreditation of educational courses, an evaluation of the outcome of the course has to take place. Aims and evaluation procedure must be clearly explained.

The evaluation form must include the following question:
“Was this course promotional for any commercial product or company? Yes/No. 
If yes, please provide details: "
